About Korea Trip Ready

Practical information, with a clear source

An independent, Korea-based project helping English-speaking travelers make the practical decisions before departure.

What we make

Korea Trip Ready brings together official travel information, clear comparisons and small planning tools. Our starting point is the first-time visitor preparing transport, bookings and a workable itinerary.

The site is published under the Korea Trip Ready brand. It is not affiliated with a tourism authority, transport operator or booking platform.

How we research

We start with the organization responsible for the service: a transport operator for tickets, a venue for admission, or the relevant government service for entry information. When helpful, we compare Korean and English guidance and check for separate notices.

We use AI to assist with research, organization and English drafting. The site identifies its sources and the date they were checked. Official-source research is not a claim that a route was walked, an app was tested or a booking was completed. Where information could not be independently tested, we avoid presenting a successful outcome as a fact.

Our itinerary examples and planning allowances are editorial scenarios. They do not guarantee journey times or available seats.

What the dates mean

The publication date tells you when a guide became available. The sources-checked date tells you when its cited information was reviewed during preparation. They may be different, particularly for a scheduled article.

Prices, operating rules and opening notices can change between checks. Follow the linked operator before making a time-sensitive purchase. If sources conflict, prefer current operator instructions over an older summary and ask the operator when the answer remains unclear.

We welcome specific corrections with the page title and an official source. See our contact page.

This initial version contains no affiliate links. Any future paid or affiliate relationship will be identified near the relevant recommendation. Advertising does not make an operator an editorial partner.
